My first exposure to the Morning Benders was the Excuses video back in February 2010. I was left with a dumb look on my face half way through! Creativity at its smoothest….Very pleasing to the ear with hints of Etta James “At Last” on the strings and underneath it a bass line from Ritchie Valens “We Belong Together”, Chris Chu’s voice and then you got the lyrics!!! All this makes ”Excuses” one of the sexiest songs I’ve ever heard. The video speaks for itself…big ups to the Morning Benders and The Echo Chamber Orchestra for sharing the music and Truly Yours for capturing the moment!
